What we collect

When you apply for membership we collect your name, mobile number, district and photograph, and — only if the form asks for them — your e-mail address, taluk, address and date of birth. We do not collect Aadhaar numbers or bank details.

How we use it

Your details are used only to process your application, maintain the membership register, issue your membership card and contact you about your membership.

Who can see it

Only authorised administrators can see applications and member records. Photographs are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. The QR code on a card shows only whether the card is valid, the card type and — if enabled — the card holder's name.

How long we keep it

Rejected applications are deleted after 180 days. Member records are kept while the membership is active.

Your choices

Members can update their contact details in the member portal and can request correction or deletion of their data from the portal or through the contact page.
